Most orders arrive within three business days after they are shipped, and we typically ship within one to two business days after the order is placed. We prefer to use USPS First Class Mail due to cost and speed. In most cases, items arrive one day later than they would via Priority, but at a significantly lower cost. For items under ten ounces, we ship in cardboard reinforced white envelopes. For a surcharge, we can upgrade/ship in padded envelopes. Items over ten ounces must be sent via USPS Priority.
This is a little more tricky to answer. Shipping times will vary depending on distance from the United States. In the future, we are hoping to find retailers in other countries, or at least a cost-effective drop-shipping option. So for now, this is our reality:In most cases, the cost of shipping will be greater than the value of the actual item. Depending on the quantity and type, there are less expensive options available. For example: a few stickers could be sent in a white envelope, or a combination of stickers and buttons could sent in a padded envelope. All items will have the correct value and description declared. Any tariffs and other fees will be paid for by the customer.
At the moment, we are not a physical shop. We primarily sell at pop-up markets, festivals, and other events. In Spring of 2020, we will be setting up in a semi-permanent outdoor space in Humboldt Park. We intend to be open on the weekends, and two weekdays. This business is a passion of ours, but we also have to keep our day-jobs until this can fully sustain itself. Our goal is to find a permanent retail space in Fall or Winter of 2020.
Great question! We generally do not ship our plants, but we do offer this service. Our ultimate goal is to provide high quality plants at fair and reasonable prices. Due to the costs associated with shipping and materials, we have found it cost prohibitive to offer this service on a large scale. However, if you absolutely must have a particular plant, we will gladly ship. We have shipped hundreds of plants safely within the US, and are confident that your plant will arrive healthy and quickly. We primarily use USPS Priority Mail, and the average cost is around $7-$10 for however many plants will fit in a box.
We cannot offer wholesale prices at this time. However, depending on the quantity desired, we do offer discounts. We strive to offer competitive pricing on larger orders, and have successfully supplied succulents for weddings, baby + bridal showers, office parties, and conferences. One of the benefits of ordering with us is that customers are able to come to our location and hand select the items that they want; no need to worry about items being damaged or destroyed during shipping.
